Job Summary
Develop and fundamental understanding of layout plans, process, and procedures to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates with direct guidance from management. Conduct quantity take-offs, build foundational systems takeoff understanding, and collaborate with preconstruction, operational, and opportunity stakeholders. Assist in preparing and submitting comprehensive bid packages while engaging in training, site walks, and tasks assigned by Chief Estimators. Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in cost estimating and construction methods. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the estimating process. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in construction estimating required; proficiency in estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel, and Sage Estimating essential.

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in construction estimating
- Proven track record of successful project estimates
- Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Sage Estimating)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
