Job Summary
Develop conceptual budgets and detailed estimates for multifamily, mixed-use, and related construction projects; review plans, specifications, and project requirements to identify scope, risks, and cost considerations; coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to obtain and evaluate pricing information; support project planning through cost analysis, budgeting, and preconstruction coordination; maintain estimating data and assist with ongoing project pursuit activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of estimating experience in construction
- Experience developing estimates for multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality, commercial, or similar project types
- Experience estimating ground-up and renovation projects with multi-million-dollar construction values
- Strong ability to interpret construction documents and evaluate project scope requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction-related software platforms
