When designated as Lead Estimator, supervise the bid team, establish deadlines, review team work, and critically analyze estimates to ensure competitive bids by applying appropriate labor rates and construction methods. Recognize risks to apply contingency funds and explore options to shorten construction schedules and minimize indirects.
