Job Summary
The Estimator role involves performing quantity take-offs and producing order of magnitude estimates in residential and multifamily construction projects. This position requires a strong background in construction coupled with a relevant Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years experience.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in construction, working for a general contractor and / or developer
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-Family experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus
- Working knowledge of Procore is a plus
