Create accurate sales estimates and pricing for customers by reviewing construction documents, defining scope of work, and performing calculations on take-offs. Utilize pricing tools and Adobe programs to generate clear, consistent quotes while obtaining costs for labor, materials, and equipment. Secure orders based on these estimates and diligently follow up to negotiate sales within established profit margins. Actively pursue sales leads, assist independent representatives in product selection, and collect lost quote data to improve future win ratios. Communicate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth order processing and provide backup support as directed. Travel occasionally to trade shows and customer visits.
