Job Summary
Perform recon estimates and mitigation estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects using Symbility, Cotality, and/or Xactimate software. Manage day-to-day project estimates, oversee contract execution and invoice generation, and maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and estimates. Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental standards while collaborating with clients, adjusters, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service. Low to moderate travel may be required for training and workload. Base salary is $65,000-70,000 with OTE closer to $110,000, plus commission and vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of construction operations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Excellent driving record
- Clean background check
- Two professional references
- Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be able to crawl
- Must be able to work in moderately loud job sites
- Must be able to work in quiet office settings
Desired Qualifications
- Restoration experience
- Experience with multi-family, hotel, or multi-building facility projects
- Experience with Symbility software
- Experience with Cotality software
- Experience with Xactimate software
- Strong understanding of TPA (Third Party Administrator) work
