Estimator

Perform recon and mitigation estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects using Symbility, Cotality, and/or Xactimate software. Manage day-to-day project estimates while ensuring strict compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental standards. Oversee contract execution and invoice generation by collaborating with project administrators, and maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and estimates. Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service. Low to moderate travel may be required for training and workload. This role offers a base salary of $65,000–$70,000 with an OTE near $110,000, plus commission, a vehicle, and health benefits.
