Job Summary
Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value. Complete initial estimates and final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation; manage repairs through to completion with in-process QC to Crash Champions standards. Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide the best possible experience. Collaborate with Body Technicians to review data procedures and perform post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process; pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork while addressing file exceptions and carrier requirements. Promote a smooth repair journey through proactive communication and meticulous documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Service Skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred
- Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
