Job Summary
Prepare cost estimations for projects and construction plans using customer-supplied lists, elevations, and architectural plans. Provide exceptional customer service for Kawneer clients by handling quote follow-ups, order changes, product-related issues, and customer claims. Consult with internal teams, clients, sales reps, and other individuals to discuss estimates and resolve issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for phone inquiries, ensuring 100% response rates and direct customer assistance without forwarding calls to other front-end employees. This role supports the U.S. Building & Construction Systems division within the Kawneer team in Springdale, AR.
