Job Summary
Accurately perform quantity takeoffs, assist in pricing project logistics, and develop abstracts to evaluate trade bids. Draft subcontracts and purchase orders, solicit pricing in hard bid environments, and support conceptual estimating efforts by developing basic models. Provide document control for assigned projects and develop budget uploads with oversight from senior personnel. Requires a four-year engineering degree, one to three years of experience for Estimator I, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- 1-3 years of experience
- 2-5 years of experience
- Four-year engineering degree
- Equivalent combinations of technical training
- Equivalent combinations of related experience
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
- Will lift, push or pull objects pounds on an occasional basis
- Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/workday
- Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
