Job Summary
Obtain, calculate, and compile data for conceptual and bid proposal estimates, ensuring all quantity surveys and pricing are accurate and complete. Lead documentation management for projects, attend pre-bid meetings to discuss scope, and participate in bid closings and estimate reviews. Develop value analysis studies to define more cost-efficient alternatives and manage action items from post-bid phases to finalize ISEC scope. Compute cost estimates for materials, equipment, subcontracted work, production activities, and labor while balancing workload to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 0 – 4 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Basic knowledge of ISEC products, services and projects
- Understands project plans and specifications
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
