Job Summary
Obtain, calculate, and compile data for conceptual and bid proposal estimates, ensuring all quantity surveys and pricing are accurate and complete. Lead documentation management for projects, debrief salespersons on job elements, and attend pre-bid meetings to discuss scope. Develop value analysis studies to define cost-efficient alternatives and compute estimates for materials, equipment, subcontracted work, and labor. Balance workload assignments to meet deadlines while managing post-bid action items and finalizing ISEC scope. Participate in bid closings and estimate reviews, maintaining strong communication with internal and external customers. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–4 years of experience; salary ranges from $86,817 to $105,651.
