Estimator I

Review and enter customer requests for pricing into the system, preparing material proposals and take-offs from customer lists, elevations, and architectural plans. Interact with customers and sales representatives on quote follow-up, order changes, product issues, and claims while providing required service levels as the preferred supplier. Coordinate with internal resources on complex projects, develop knowledge of the product portfolio and price book, and act as a point of contact for phone inquiries with a 100% live call response expectation. Ensure quotes are returned accurately and on time to help the Order Pursuit Team meet revenue targets.
