Estimator

Estimator responsible for creating vehicle repair estimates, coordinating repair needs and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Accurately assess vehicle damage, document needed repairs and parts replacement, and ensure alignment with team to achieve the facility's KPIs. Responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, guiding customers through the repair process, ensuring compliance with insurance program requirements and DRP procedures, participating in production walks, safety meetings, and training, and maintaining effective communication across stakeholders. Requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of experience; valid driver’s license and willingness to complete I-CAR training.
