Job Summary
Estimator responsible for creating vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repair needs, communicating with customers and insurance companies, documenting interactions and updating stakeholders. Must assess damage, document required repairs and parts, participate in production walks, support team members, and uphold KPI goals. Requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver's license; experience in collision repair and DRP compliance is expected. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork are essential to guide customers through the repair process and ensure accurate, timely information flow and adherence to company values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic Computer Skills
- Awareness of Repairs and OE Guidelines
- Compliance for DRP’s
