Job Summary
Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to determine which projects require quotations and to produce the best quotes for customers; deliver easily understandable quotations and provide excellent customer service to build long-lasting relationships. Emphasis on attention to detail and strong project management skills to support the quoting process and maintain accurate, timely proposals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in industry-related field preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience estimating with a contractor or engineer preferred
- Attendance – ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified
- Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods
- Operation of Office Equipment — Proficiency with standard office equipment and software
