Job Summary
Develop accurate budgets for projects at conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction document phases. Prepare competitive hard-bid estimates for plan and spec projects across industrial, office, education, and healthcare sectors ranging from $10,000 to $20 million. Assist the service department with smaller project estimates and line-item budgets while performing value engineering analysis to optimize costs. Manage multiple estimates simultaneously, presenting budgets and supporting documentation to clients. Collaborate with designers, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the estimating process to build strong client and vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- 3–5 years of commercial construction estimating experience
