Job Summary
Prepare accurate estimates for commercial drywall and division 9 packages exceeding $1MM by analyzing project specifications and drawings. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather essential details while utilizing On-Screen Takeoff Software for quantity takeoffs and cost analysis. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing for bids valued over $1MM. Manage multiple bids with tight deadlines while ensuring comprehensive bid proposals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial drywall and/or commercial plaster sector
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff Software
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple bids
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
