Job Summary
Manage and lead estimating efforts by supervising a team to accurately calculate materials, equipment, and labor for construction projects. Prepare complete estimates using drawings and specifications while identifying risks in plans and clarifying details with owners and engineers. Attend pre-bid meetings and jobsite visits to assess past costs and understand labor production needs. Compile detailed quantity take-offs using Bluebeam and On-screen software, then enter labor, material, and subcontractor data into Microsoft Excel. Obtain and review quotes from suppliers to confirm pricing and work scope coverage. Work under tight timelines to efficiently schedule multiple bids while maintaining accuracy.

Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or a related field
- Experience in Estimating (Heavy/Civil)
