Estimator - Concrete

Concrete Estimator role located on-site in Tonganoxie, KS. Responsibilities include reviewing project documents, performing quantity takeoffs and cost estimations for concrete materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services, reviewing subcontractor bids, analyzing risks and opportunities to optimize project costs, collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure accuracy, preparing and presenting detailed cost estimates and bid packages, participating in pre-bid site visits, and staying informed on market conditions impacting estimates. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), proven estimating experience in concrete construction, proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, RSMeans, ProEst) and MS Office, strong analytical and mathematical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
