Commercial Roofing Estimator in Dallas, TX responsible for preparing estimates for roofing projects, reviewing drawings/specifications, performing material takeoffs and cost analysis, conducting site visits, preparing proposals and scope summaries, and assisting with change orders and project handoffs in collaboration with project managers.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial roofing or construction
- Strong understanding of roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Metal, and Coatings
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- PreferredExperience with estimating software such as EDGE, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar
- Experience with plan/spec or consultant-driven projects
