Estimator - Commercial Roofing

Job Summary
Estimator to support preconstruction efforts for commercial roofing projects in the greater Philadelphia market. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, drawings, and scope to prepare detailed and accurate estimates; performing quantity take-offs and analyzing labor, material, and subcontractor costs; soliciting and qualifying subcontractor and supplier bids for inclusion in estimates; preparing proposals and budgets for commercial roofing projects ranging from repairs to full replacements; and collaborating with project managers and sales staff to ensure estimates align with client needs and company capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial roofing or related construction field
- Strong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems; familiarity with additional roofing systems a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; estimating software experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
