Job Summary
The Project Estimator for Commercial Construction is responsible for preparing comprehensive and competitive project estimates while demonstrating an understanding of construction contracts and terminology. The ideal candidate will offer innovative solutions, communicate effectively with subcontractors, and maintain a high quality of estimating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Outlook
- Some estimating experience preferred
