Job Summary
Estimator responsible for developing precise estimates and competitive bids for construction projects in the Austin market. Responsibilities include performing self-led take-offs to gather bid data, reviewing plans and specifications, assessing sites for renovations or modifications, and designing and proposing client-specific solutions. Must operate the company’s estimating software to produce accurate bids and estimates. Required qualifications include 2-5 years of construction experience (preferably with multifamily or commercial builds over $20M), strong math skills (arithmetic, algebra, geometry), knowledge of building codes and safety regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent written and interpersonal communication. A positive, proactive attitude and thorough attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of construction experience

- proficient in mathematics and basic arithmetic
