Job Summary
Process RFP, RFQ, and internal pricing requests while facilitating broadcast announcements of bidding opportunities. Analyze drawings and specifications to draft, proof, audit, and deliver proposals. Qualify subcontractor proposals for completeness and compliance, then maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors. Work on multiple client bids simultaneously to meet deadline objectives and identify strategic opportunities to optimize Builtech's position in securing work. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and BlueBeam, the ability to multitask in a stationary position, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Ideally 3-6 years of construction experience

- Proficient with Microsoft (Outlook, Excel and Word) and BlueBeam
- Effective communication and ability to work independently
- Must be able to multitask; handling many diverse projects at once while meeting deadlines
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
- The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer keyboards, copy machines, and computer printers
- The ability to occasionally lift and carry lightweight office items like supplies or equipment
- Valid driver's license
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in construction management, engineering or a related field
- High school Diploma, GED or equivalent experience is accepted
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with internet-based bidding sites is preferred (Building Connected, Gradebeam, SmartBid, etc)
- Procore is a plus
