Estimator

Prepare conceptual through detailed estimates and perform quantity take-offs by reviewing drawings and specifications to develop accurate scopes and pricing. Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and coordinate RFIs, RFQs, and schedules while supporting operations with project management insight. Mentor team members and participate in trade shows, client meetings, and continuous process improvement to drive accurate project planning and cost forecasting for multifamily developments in the East Bay Area.
