Job Summary
Senior Estimator for multifamily construction projects in Alameda, CA. Responsibilities include preparing conceptual through detailed estimates, performing quantity take-offs, attending pre-bid meetings and site visits, coordinating RFIs/RFQs and schedules, reviewing drawings and specifications to develop accurate scopes and pricing, supporting operations with project management insight, and mentoring team members. Includes participation in trade shows, client meetings, and ongoing process improvement. Requires 5–10 years of multifamily construction estimating experience with strong building envelope knowledge and a Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree in construction or a related field.
