Job Summary
Complete project briefs with rough order of magnitude costings using pricing methodologies and historic contractor data. Deliver accurate estimates and quantification of scopes of work, then review contractor quotations and tender returns to assess and challenge value for money. Undertake quantitative analysis comparing estimates with market returns and final costs to support continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with management systems, quality, health, safety, and environmental policies while collaborating with the Strategic Team to share best practice and support commercial decision-making. Based at Tidworth and Bulford, this role supports Lifecycle Planning and the Annual Maintenance Plan through completion and pricing of project briefs. Security clearance is required prior to starting.
Required Qualifications
- HNC/HND level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Level 4 or Level 5 industry-recognised qualification in construction, building services or engineering
