Job Summary

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive material and labor pricing, utilizing HVAC estimating software to create detailed project proposals. Attend pre-bid site visits to understand project conditions and conduct value engineering reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and engineers to support bid presentations, contract negotiations, and proposal development. Requires 3-5 years of HVAC estimating experience in commercial and industrial projects; salary range is $65-86k plus commission.
