Estimator

Analyze project documents to prepare detailed cost, material, and labor estimates for highway, roadway, and water wastewater projects. Track actual costs versus bids, recommend adjustments and cost-saving measures, and conduct site visits before bids and during construction. Collaborate with engineers, owners, contractors, and vendors to resolve estimate issues, while preparing itemized lists, bids, and proposals for management and client use. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and support long-term planning and business development efforts. A Bachelor's in Construction or Civil Engineering is preferred along with 5+ years of estimating experience.
