Job Summary
The position of Estimator 3 SR involves performing conceptual and hard bid estimates, maintaining communication with clients, and developing proposals based on incomplete information. Candidates must understand the National Electric Code and be proficient in electrical construction estimation. The role includes entering data into the estimating system, reviewing vendor quotes, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of project documentation. Applicants are expected to have significant experience in the electrical trade and estimating, accompanied by strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three years of progressive experience in the electrical trade
- At least two complete years estimating experience
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in related field
- Completion of Electrical apprenticeship program
- Construction management degree
- Power engineering degree
Additional Requirements
