Job Summary
Estimation Engineer for Fire Protection Systems responsible for delivering budgetary proposals and competitive bids during project planning, coordinating tender documents, site surveys, and liaising with sub-vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies; will estimate costs for products, engineering, labor, and project management, prepare risk registers, participate in techno-commercial negotiations, and handovers to operations, all while aligning with NFPA standards, ADNOC requirements, and Johnson Controls’ standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection Systems
- Knowledge of NFPA standards, local codes, ADNOC requirements, and Oil & Gas industry practices
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and effective communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tenders and collaborate with diverse teams
