Job Summary
Senior Estimation Consultant providing high-value TIC estimates for major capital projects across Pre-FEED to Execution phases; responsible for developing estimate basis documents, validating cost components across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup, and conducting independent estimate reviews and challenge sessions with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 25 years of progressive experience in capital project cost estimating
- Minimum 15 years of direct experience supporting Saudi Aramco capital projects
- Experience with Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE)
- Experience using proprietary estimating and benchmarking databases
- Expertise in the AACE estimate classification system
- Expertise in EPC project delivery models
- Expertise in construction productivity analysis
- Presently in Saudi Arabia on a transferrable Iqama
