Job Summary
The Estimating Supervisor at Nucor will lead the Estimating Team in providing accurate cost estimates and proposals, while promoting a safety culture and mentoring team members. Responsibilities include managing staffing needs, recruiting, and collaborating with other departments to enhance business capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
- Recommendation from current supervisor or manager
- A minimum of two years (2) years of combined experience in engineering, detailing, estimating, sales service, or sales of insulated metal panels or steel related products
- Ability to travel as required, often with short notice

- Prior leadership experience
