Estimating Manager - Power Delivery

Job Summary
Lead the estimating department by preparing detailed cost estimates through plan analysis and quantity take-offs while managing subcontractor RFPs and scope development. Direct staff mentorship, enforce document control for all bid proposals, and interact with customers and engineers to incorporate project objectives, schedules, and costs into strategic bidding. Provide technical support during project execution and assist with turnover documentation. Requires a B.S. in engineering or construction management, 15+ years of experience with 3 in leadership, and extensive power delivery estimating knowledge.
