Estimating Manager - Horizontal Construction

Lead the estimating department for a horizontal construction program in Raleigh, NC. Responsible for managing project cost estimating, preparing detailed estimates from project specifications and drawings, collaborating with project managers and engineers to understand requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities, conducting on-site visits to assess risks, and developing/maintaining supplier and subcontractor relationships to secure competitive pricing. Direct a team of estimators across multiple concurrent projects to ensure accurate, timely delivery. Requires a BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of horizontal estimating experience; proficiency in Agtek, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam.
