Job Summary
Lead cost strategy behind complex healthcare projects; translate goals into accurate estimates; align scope, budget, and expectations early; identify risks and opportunities; lead and mentor estimating teams; drive strong preconstruction practices across projects; support Target Value Design and cost validation; improve estimating tools and workflows; build lasting relationships with clients and trade partners; influence key project decisions and contribute to Boldt’s commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year architecture, engineering, construction management or related degree required.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in the architecture, engineering and/or construction.
- At least five years of leadership experience required.
- A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.
