Job Summary
Division 8 Estimating Manager leads the sales administration team responsible for estimation, quote entry, contract processing, and handling specifications and drawings. Oversees preparation and accuracy of quotations and proposals; coordinates collection and management of project specifications and drawings; ensures timely contract preparation and review with legal/finance; develops standardized processes for sales administration; collaborates with sales, engineering, and project teams to clarify technical details; monitors key administration metrics and trains staff to enhance performance; maintains up-to-date knowledge of company policies, industry regulations, and contract requirements; supports the sales team with documentation, order entry, and ensuring quotes and contracts are complete and accurate; facilitates cross-department communication to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Preferred Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in related roles and 2+ years in management; strong CRM, quote-entry, and contract-management capabilities; experience with technical specifications and drawings and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years in sales support/sales administration; 2+ years in supervisory/management capacity; strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities
