Job Summary
Estimating and Pricing Lead responsible for developing and validating cost estimates and price proposals across design, build, and aftermarket stages. Responsibilities include leading the development of estimates, preparing and validating pricing, evaluating proposals, developing estimating methods, coordinating program database requirements, and providing analytical recommendations (risk, financial, etc.). Must analyze cost scenarios, perform analyses, and craft solutions that may set precedents for future decisions; operate as a recognized expert and adviser to top management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in finance-related roles, proficiency with MS Office, willingness to travel domestically, and an active Secret clearance; relocation is offered. Position located in El Segundo, CA with on-site work and no remote arrangement indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Material Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint Word and Excel
- Willing to travel domestically as needed
- Active Secret Security Clearance within the past 24 months
