Job Summary
Conduct front-counter service for entrepreneurs, listen to clients to understand project scope, and consult on available options. Read plans and quotes to submit bids, then evaluate, complete, and expedite submissions and quotes within a rapid timeframe. Calculate project costs for doors, windows, beams, and material-related fees. Manage client accounts including orders, invoicing, and delivery, while placing orders with suppliers to ensure accuracy and quality. Track product deliveries and respond to all client inquiries. Adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention policies.
Required Qualifications
