Job Summary
Analyze and interpret architectural plans and quotes in French and English, then execute precise quantity takeoffs in both imperial and metric systems. Prepare and submit proposals within required deadlines while evaluating material requirements and documenting technical profiles. Review annotated shop drawings to integrate modifications and collaborate with the team to ensure project success. Manage multiple dossiers simultaneously with rigor, contributing to estimation and project improvements. This role involves working on varied North American projects ranging from $100k to $10M for a 35-year-old established firm in the natural stone sector.
Required Qualifications
- Expérience en estimation (construction ou domaine connexe)
- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (lecture de plans essentielle)
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Office
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer les priorités
- Sens de l'initiative, autonomie et polyvalence
- Poste principalement en présentiel
- Projets variés à travers l'Amérique du Nord (100 $ à 10 M$)
