Job Summary
Esthiology Educator (Part Time PM) responsible for modeling, teaching, coaching, developing and retaining Aveda students to meet institute standards. Deliver technical education including facial, skincare, waxing, makeup and nails; coach in guest service delivery using the 12 points of difference and Aveda guest experience; conduct daily coaching on attendance, dress code, and professional behaviors; help students reach productivity benchmarks and maintain student records; participate in campus events and improve overall institute performance; requires Esthetics Educator License in Florida and 2+ years of esthiology experience; able to work evenings and weekends; role involves classroom and campus activities to prepare graduates for spa environments.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Esthiology experience
- Esthetics Educator License in Florida
- Strong presentation & communications skills
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
