Job Summary
Deliver high-quality skincare services including facials, exfoliation, masks, and waxing while conducting thorough skin analyses to recommend treatments and home care products. Customize services based on individual guest needs, maintain accurate treatment records, and ensure treatment rooms remain clean, sanitized, and properly stocked in accordance with state regulations. Promote retail skincare products to support guest results and build strong relationships to encourage repeat business. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays at a rate of $10.50 plus commissions and service charge.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license
- Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to perform detailed skincare treatments
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (products, supplies, equipment)
- Ability to bend, reach, and carry items as needed for event setup and breakdown
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly during service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a spa, resort, or hospitality environment preferred
