Job Summary
Share the healing power of touch through customized face massage services including relaxation, lymphatic drainage, facial sculpting, and muscle release to relax, restore, and improve skin vitality. Provide personalized guest experiences through consultations, ensure guest safety and comfort during close-contact facial treatments, educate guests on benefits of regular face massage, maintain treatment rooms to The NOW standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver a warm, elevated spa environment. Requires active California esthetician license and experience with facial massage techniques (manual lymph drainage, facial sculpting, Gua Sha, muscle release). Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; at least one PM shift and one weekend shift required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Esthetician license in California
- Experience or strong interest in facial massage techniques including: Manual lymphatic drainage, Facial sculpting, Gua Sha, Muscle release techniques
- Strong foundation in skin awareness and guest consultation
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
