Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest service while coaching and mentoring new Wax Associates through hands-on training, feedback, and leadership support. Reinforce brand standards, model excellence, and guide peers in performing full-body waxing services for all genders and anatomies. Support skill development and foster a positive team environment by teaching skincare product usage and maintaining EWC protocols. This role progresses from Wax Specialist to Peer Trainer, offering a clear growth path within the EWC Growth journey. Open availability is preferred for full-time or part-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license (state requirement)
- Minimum 6 months of waxing experience
- Ability to mentor peers and provide in-the-moment feedback
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to support and influence peers
- Strong knowledge of EWC protocols and service timing
- Passion for teaching, developing others, and fostering a positive team environment
- Excellent communication, patience, and professionalism
- Proven ability to guide, support, and positively influence team performance
- Confidence performing full-body waxing services for all genders and anatomies
- Work with skincare and cleaning products in a fast-paced service environment
- Open availability; open to both full-time and part-time schedules based on center needs
