Job Summary
Conduct professional skin care services including facials, hair removal, and body treatments while meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Acknowledge clients promptly upon arrival, build a client base by recruiting new customers, and maintain accurate client records. Respond professionally to customer service issues and address complaints immediately. Participate in ongoing in-house and external education classes regarding products, services, and industry trends. Ensure the work area meets State Board Regulations, perform basic housekeeping duties, and organize time to meet sales targets. Maintain an updated professional appearance and adhere to salon dress code guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Meeting salon guidelines for attendance and tardiness
- Maintaining an updated professional appearance and meets the salon dress code
Desired Qualifications
- Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred
