Job Summary
Provide professional skin care services including facials, hair removal, and body treatments to salon clientele. Meet or exceed personal service and retail sales goals while building a client base through new client recruitment and maintaining customer cards. Respond professionally to customer service issues and promptly address complaints. Participate in ongoing education regarding products, services, and current industry issues. Ensure personal work area and salon compliance with State Board Regulations by performing basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning, stocking, and updating client cards. Maintain an updated professional appearance adhering to salon dress code and communicate effectively with management regarding issues and needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Meeting salon guidelines for attendance and tardiness
- Maintaining an updated professional appearance and meets the salon dress code
Desired Qualifications
- Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred
