Job Summary
Esthetician position providing professional skin-care services including facials, hair removal, and body treatments. Responsible for meeting or exceeding personal service and retail sales goals, building a client base, maintaining client records, and recommending appropriate retail products. Requires ongoing education and adherence to State Board regulations; duties include maintaining a professional appearance, organizing time to meet sales goals, and effective communication with management. Must hold a valid board-certified license with 2–5 years’ experience preferred; role reports to the Salon Manager and supportsBelk’s inclusive, fast-paced salon environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license.
- Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred.
