Job Summary
Perform esthetics services at PENZONE x BASE ONE on guests paying base prices while completing learning modules through self-paced hands-on and online training. Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the service while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards per PENZONE and state board expectations. Advance through the training program at your own pace with support from a PENZONE Creative Educator. This full-time flexible role in Dublin, OH offers hourly pay plus retail commission, paid vacation after one year, and complimentary continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- A full-time flexible schedule
- Valid Ohio Esthetics (preferred) or Cosmetology License
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external guests
- Reliable transportation to BASE ONE in Dublin, OH
Desired Qualifications
- Previous salon experience is welcomed, but not required
