Job Summary
Provide individualized skin and facial services and treatments that meet clients' needs, including facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and make-up application. Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, discuss options to determine individual needs, and maintain facility appearance and cleanliness. Serve as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens while promoting all LifeSpa and Salon products and services. Remain current on certifications and new industry trends. Requires a Neveskin certification, Esthetician license, and ability to calculate figures; preferred experience includes two years in cosmetology and six months in sales. Life Time operates over 160 athletic country clubs dedicated to holistic well-being for all ages.
Required Qualifications
- Neveskin certified
- High School Diploma or GED
- Esthetician License in state where work is performed
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of cosmetology experience
- 6 months of sales experience
- Knowledge in Salon Biz software
